December 12th-BERRY BAZAAR

 

City of Casselberry, Arts & Culture along with Casselberry's Friends of the Park are now accepting vendor applications for our annual holiday makers market, the Berry Bazaar.


We’re looking for a diverse mix of artists, artisans, makers, craftsmen, and pre-made food vendors.


We welcome applications from vendors offering:

- Handmade art and craft (prints, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, photos, painting, etc.)

- Vintage items (clothing, home goods, accessories, records, collectibles)

- Home & body products (candles, soaps, skincare)

- Small-batch packaged foods & treats (baked goods, jams, coffee, teas, spice blends etc.)


**No re-sale of mass-produced or third party merchandise.**


When: Friday, December 12, 2025

Where: Lake Concord Park, 95 Triplet Lake Drive

Time: 6pm - 9pm


Get ready to find some unique items at this year's Berry Bazaar. This holiday market is just in time for you to pick up something special for someone special. Shop artisan made goods, artwork, body products, jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, candles, and so much more! 


-The Berry Bazaar will also feature two FREE performances from the Metropolitan Area Youth Symphony and the VFW Post 2093 Community Band.

-Food Trucks will be on site serving up delicious treats. 

-Thousands of holiday lights will be on display throughout Lake Concord Park.

-The Central Florida Glass Guild will be in the Art House selling their unique hand made glass items, including ornaments and one-of-a-kind gifts.

-Inside the Casselberry Arts Center will be an exciting new art exhibition, "Unreality of the Present".



Application Requirements-Deadline Nov 28th

  • No fee to apply.
  • If accepted, Vendors will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 vendor fee. 
  • Items must be designed or created by the applicant. Collaborative work is permitted with disclosure.
  • Food Vendors: All food items must be packaged and shelf-stable. No onsite cooking, hot food, or refrigeration unless pre-approved.
  • Vendors under age 18 must provide written permission from a parent or guardian and will be required to have the guardian co-sign participation agreement. Guardians are also required to be present for the duration of the event.

Submission Deadline:

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2025 by 12noon

**All accepted vendors will be notified by Friday, November 28th. **

Disclaimer:

The City of Casselberry reserves the right to decline, schedule, or cancel any event, at any time, if the Board determines those courses of action to be in the city's best interest. 


Rules & Terms

  1. Sales 
    • The City of Casselberry does not process sales on behalf of the vendors.
    • Vendors must manage their own payment systems (cash, card readers, payment apps, etc.)
    • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

  1. Vendor Fee & Equipment
    • A flat fee of $25 is required to reserve a plot.
    • Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, lights and power cords.

  1. Event Schedule
    • Load-in begins at 3pm on Friday, December 12, 2025. The event begins at 6pm and ends at 9pm.
    • All vendors must be fully set up by 5pm.

  1. Conduct & Safety
    • Vendors must remain for the full event and staff their booth at all times.
    • Displays must not block walkways or pose safety hazards.
    • City of Casselberry reserves the right to remove vendors who do not comply with the event standards or who misrepresent their products.

  1. Refunds & Cancellations
    • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the City of Casselberry cancels the event.
    • If you are unable to attend after confirming, please let us know as soon as possible.

  1. Liability
    • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and payment systems.
    • The City of Casselberry is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged goods, nor for any vendor sales outcomes.

Process Your Payment After Being Accepted

Once and only after your application has been approved, you will be registered once your payment of $25.00 is processed and we will send you a vendor packet with instructions for the day of.
