Artists, makers, and art lovers come take it to the sidewalk!

Casselberry Arts and Casselberry Friends of the Park are teaming up to bring you the inaugural Sidewalk Art Sale, a one-day celebration of art, community, and the joy of finding something unexpected.

We’re looking for artists of all kinds to set up shop throughout Lake Concord Park and sell their work directly to the public. Bring your paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics, sculpture, photography, jewelry, handmade objects, or whatever you make. Set up under a tent, on a table, or even on a picnic blanket-the sidewalk is yours!

This is a casual, community-focused art sale designed to give artists an opportunity to get their work out of the studio, meet new audiences, and make some sales in a fun and relaxed setting.

While you shop the artists' booths, Casselberry Friends of the Park will be serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, and cold beverages from their tent, with donations supporting future Casselberry Arts programming.

Feeling lucky? Dig through our Bargain Bin for a chance to discover your very own lost Picasso-because great art doesn't always have to cost a fortune.

Inside the Casselberry Art House, a special selection of artwork will be available through a silent auction, offering collectors another opportunity to take home something unique.

We’ll also be joined by members of the Florida Plein Air Painters, who will bring a selection of their exquisite paintings for sale.

Whether you're an artist looking to sell your work, a collector hunting for your next great find, or simply someone who loves spending a Saturday surrounded by art, come join us!

Detail your services

No fee to apply.
If accepted, Vendors will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 vendor fee.
Items must be designed or created by the applicant. Collaborative work is permitted with disclosure.
Food Vendors: All food items must be packaged and shelf-stable. No onsite cooking, hot food, or refrigeration unless pre-approved.
Vendors under age 18 must provide written permission from a parent or guardian and will be required to have the guardian co-sign participation agreement. Guardians are also required to be present for the duration of the event.

Submission Deadline:

NOVEMBER 5, 2026 by 12noon

**All accepted vendors will be notified by Friday, November 28th. **

Disclaimer:

The City of Casselberry reserves the right to decline, schedule, or cancel any event, at any time, if the Board determines those courses of action to be in the city's best interest.

Rules & Terms

Sales
- The City of Casselberry does not process sales on behalf of the vendors.
- Vendors must manage their own payment systems (cash, card readers, payment apps, etc.)
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

Vendor Fee & Equipment
- A flat fee of $25 is required to reserve a plot.
- Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, lights and power cords.

Event Schedule
- Load-in begins at 3pm on Friday, December 12, 2025. The event begins at 6pm and ends at 9pm.
- All vendors must be fully set up by 5pm.

Conduct & Safety
- Vendors must remain for the full event and staff their booth at all times.
- Displays must not block walkways or pose safety hazards.
- City of Casselberry reserves the right to remove vendors who do not comply with the event standards or who misrepresent their products.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the City of Casselberry cancels the event.
- If you are unable to attend after confirming, please let us know as soon as possible.

Liability
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and payment systems.
- The City of Casselberry is not liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged goods, nor for any vendor sales outcomes.
